Gradia Ltd (“Gradia”) offers an alternative means of entering into Prize Draws. The process for using this alternative means of entry is described in detail below. Just like the paid method of entering into a Prize Draw, this alternative method requires you to accept all our terms and conditions, including the Official Rules and for the applicable Prize Draw, which can be found here, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

Postal Entry Instructions

On a blank sheet of paper or postcard, write or type your full, legal name, address (no post office box addresses accepted), city, postcode, telephone number (optional), email address, and the name of the live Prize Draw you want to enter.

For example:

• If Gradia had a draw running for a £1,000 Prize, the entrant would write:
  “Prize Draw - £1,000, May 2025”

This information must be written in very clear writing or typeface; otherwise, the entry may be deemed invalid.

Postal Entry Address

We collect all postal entries for our current Prize Draws. Please send the sheet of paper in an envelope or your postcard to the following address via either first or second-class post to:

Entry Limits and Validity

• A maximum of one entry can be made per postcard or envelope received.
• There is no limit to the number of entries that may be made via this postal method.

Processing and Entry Validity

For valid entries into all Gradia Prize Draws, once a postal entry has been processed, it will be entered into the next available draw.

For example:

• If Gradia had a Prize Draw for a £10,000 Prize, and the postcard stated that the entrant would like to enter the “Gradia Prize Draw - £10,000”, and that entrant had written their details as described above, then just as with any one paid entry.

Deadline for Postal Entries

• All of our draws ( Prize Draws) close at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the online entry close date specified in the Experience Rules.
• The corresponding cut-off for postal entries will be that they are received and processed before 5:00 pm (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the respective postal entry period for the Prize Draw. (See the applicable Experience Rules here for dates.)

Equal Chance of Winning

• Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as any paid entry.
• If a postal entry wins a prize, there will be no further purchase or payment necessary to be notified of the win or to receive the prize.

Invalid Postal Entries

If the above steps are not followed as described, then a postal entry will be deemed invalid.

• You will not be notified if your entry is invalid.
